up789 was created with one clear purpose: to give Pakistani players a trustworthy, mobile-ready platform that combines the thrill of live cricket betting, casino gaming and transparent responsible play — all in one place.
up789 was founded on a straightforward observation: Pakistani sports fans — from the crowded chai stalls of Lahore to the buzzing streets of Karachi — had a deep, unwavering passion for cricket that deserved a platform built around their specific needs. Most international betting sites treated Pakistan as an afterthought. Deposit methods were cumbersome, odds coverage of domestic cricket was thin, and customer support was rarely available in a language or time zone that made sense for users in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar.
We set out to change that. The up789 platform was designed from the ground up with Pakistani players as the primary audience — not a secondary market to be bolted on later. That shaped everything: the PKR-first cashier approach, the emphasis on PSL and T20 markets alongside ICC tournament coverage, the mobile-optimised interface that performs well even on mid-range Android handsets on a 4G connection, and the decision to invest in genuine English-language support with Urdu-language assistance available on request.
Cricket is not just a sport in Pakistan — it is a shared cultural language. When the national team steps out, cities from Karachi to Peshawar hold their collective breath. up789 exists to make that experience richer, giving fans an informed, transparent and responsible way to engage with the matches they already care about deeply.
Extensive research across Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad to understand how Pakistani players actually use mobile betting platforms — what they trust, what frustrates them and what they genuinely need.
Development of a Pakistani Rupee-native cashier flow and integration of cricket-specific markets covering PSL, bilateral T20 series and ICC events with real-time in-play odds.
Platform launches with English-language interface, Urdu support availability, a curated casino games library and sports betting markets across cricket, football and UFC.
Introduction of deposit limits, session reminders, self-exclusion options and a structured loyalty tier system (Bronze, Silver, Gold) rewarding consistent, responsible engagement.
Regular platform updates based on player feedback, expanding game and sports coverage, and strengthening support channels to serve Pakistani players even better.
up789's mission is to be Pakistan's most trusted online entertainment platform — one that earns that trust through honest communication, fair terms, strong security practices and a genuine commitment to responsible gambling.
We do not chase growth at the expense of player welfare. Every product decision at up789 is evaluated against a simple question: does this serve our players well and does it do so responsibly? When the answer is yes, we build it. When it is not, we do not.
Our terms and conditions, bonus rules, wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions are written in plain English — not buried in incomprehensible legal text. We want players to understand exactly what they are signing up for before they deposit a single rupee.
SSL encryption, rigorous KYC verification and account-level security controls protect every player on up789. We invest continuously in platform security because our players' data and funds are not negotiable assets.
Deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools are built into the platform — not hidden in a help article. We actively encourage players to use them. Gambling should be recreational entertainment, not a financial strategy.
The majority of Pakistani internet users access the web on a mobile device. Our platform is optimised for mobile from the ground up — fast load times, touch-friendly navigation and a layout that works well on screens of every size.
Live Chat, a structured Help Centre and email support in English — with Urdu assistance available on request. We aim to resolve issues quickly and clearly because frustrated players deserve real answers, not scripted deflections.
PSL knockout rounds, bilateral T20 series, ICC World Cups — cricket coverage is not an afterthought on up789. It is the centrepiece of our sports betting offering, built with the knowledge and enthusiasm that Pakistani cricket fans bring to every match.
Six pillars that define how we operate — and why Pakistani players choose up789 over the alternatives.
Transactions are handled in Pakistani Rupees throughout the deposit and withdrawal process. No unexpected currency conversion fees at the point of play — what you see in the cashier reflects your actual PKR balance.
Ball-by-ball in-play markets for PSL, T20 internationals and ICC events mean you are never watching from the sidelines. Odds update in real time so your in-play knowledge translates directly into informed betting decisions.
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly in your account settings. These tools are always accessible — not buried behind a support request — because we believe responsible gambling tools should be easy to use, not hard to find.
Over 500 casino games across live dealer tables, video slots, crash games, table classics and instant-win formats. Every game in the library is sourced from technology partners whose products meet minimum RTP and fairness standards.
No bonus traps hidden in seven pages of legal text. Our Terms & Conditions and promotional rules are written to be read and understood by ordinary players — because informed players make better decisions and trust the platform more.
Our Bronze, Silver and Gold loyalty tiers accumulate points on every qualifying bet. Tier benefits include point multipliers, priority withdrawals and recurring reward credits — all governed by published terms available in your account dashboard.
up789 is operated by a team of sports, technology and player experience professionals who understand both the global iGaming landscape and the specific needs of the Pakistani market.
Specialists in cricket, football and combat sports who build and maintain the odds markets, in-play feeds and event coverage across PSL, T20 and ICC fixtures.
Dedicated to maintaining SSL encryption, KYC processes and account security controls that protect player data and funds at every layer of the platform.
English and Urdu-capable support agents available via Live Chat and Help Centre to assist with account, payment, KYC and technical queries around the clock.
Engineers and product designers continuously improving the mobile and desktop experience, cashier performance and game loading speeds for users across Pakistan.
up789 takes its responsibility to players seriously. Gambling is entertainment — it should not be a source of financial distress or harm. We provide a range of tools designed to help players maintain control: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and full self-exclusion.
Access is restricted to adults aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required under the operator's license jurisdiction. Pakistani users are advised that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may restrict participation. up789 does not provide legal advice; users are responsible for compliance.
