These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and up789 (hereinafter referred to as "up789", "we", "us" or "the Operator"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://up789.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Registration and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the operator's license jurisdiction and/or the laws of the jurisdiction in which the User is located at the time of access. The Operator reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to have been opened or used by an underage individual will be immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Accounts are for personal use only. Opening an Account on behalf of another person, using another person's identity or payment method, or operating multiple Accounts is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held.
The Platform is not available to residents of Restricted Jurisdictions as designated by the Operator from time to time. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. The Operator makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for or available in any particular location.
Pakistani Users: Access to the Platform from Pakistan is at the User's own risk and discretion. The Operator does not provide legal advice regarding the applicability of Pakistani gambling laws to individual users. Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or any other location in Pakistan must satisfy themselves independently that their participation is lawful.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration form. This includes, without limitation, your legal full name, date of birth, country of residence, valid email address and any other information required by the Operator. You undertake to update your Account information promptly if it changes.
The Operator reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address and payment method ownership at any time, including without limitation before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents may include government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC for Pakistani users), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and copies of the front and back of payment cards used to fund the Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the Operator immediately via the Help Centre or Live Chat.
The opening, maintenance or use of more than one Account — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any outstanding wagers and confiscate any Balance or Bonus Funds therein.
The Platform is provided solely for the purpose of personal recreational entertainment. You acknowledge and agree that online gambling involves a risk of financial loss. You must only wager funds that you can afford to lose and must not view gambling as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

Bonus Funds credited to an Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they convert to withdrawable real-money funds. Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements — refer to the game contribution table in the applicable offer terms. The Operator reserves the right to void winnings derived from Bonus Funds if Wagering Requirements are not met within the specified time limit.
The Operator actively monitors Accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploitation of software errors. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
Any PKR amounts referenced in promotional materials (e.g., PKR 2,000 birthday credit, PKR 1,000 referral reward) are illustrative examples of tier structures only and do not constitute a guaranteed live offer unless the specific promotion is currently active and the User meets all eligibility criteria.

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any Wager at its discretion, including where an error in odds or game configuration has occurred, or where suspicious betting patterns have been identified.
Cricket betting markets — including Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Total Runs, Team Totals, Over/Under and live in-play markets — are offered on qualifying fixtures. References to Pakistan cricket, the PSL, T20 international series and ICC tournaments are sporting context only. up789 claims no official partnership with the PCB, any PSL franchise, the ICC or any national or international cricket board.
In the event of a malfunction, technical error or manifest error in odds calculation, the Operator reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to the relevant Account. Winnings derived from known errors are not payable.
The Operator's determination of game outcomes and sports event results is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms. Disputes must be raised through the Help Centre within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event or game result.
You must not engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:
Consequences: Breach of this Section 9 may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the Account, voiding of all pending Wagers and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, up789 and its directors, officers, employees, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the Operator's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from error.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, discovery of ineligibility, or for commercial, legal or regulatory reasons. In such cases, the Operator will provide reasonable notice where practicable and will handle any legitimate Account Balance in accordance with applicable requirements.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Help Centre. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. The Operator may apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its published dormant account policy. You will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as published on the Platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the governing jurisdiction.
Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani courts and regulatory authorities may apply different standards. The Operator does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts by virtue of making the Platform accessible to Pakistani IP addresses.
Before escalating any dispute to external authorities, you must first raise the matter formally through the Help Centre, providing full details of the issue. The Operator will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism of the Operator's license jurisdiction.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account Holders via email or through a prominent on-site notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
